KPRI was established on January 01,1953The Enterprise has played a very important role in development of public infrastructure system in many towns in southern Poland, successfully constructing bridges, roads, water intakes and treatment stations, sewage and heat distribution networks, dams, sport stadiums and parking lots. KPRI participated in
most of important investment projects in our region. 2.. Since 1994 KPRI has been operating as a private company. Currently the Company's operation is focused on engineering works, mostly for housing industry, implementing technical infrastructure for all housing estates on the area of Krakow and surrounding communes.

We are engaged mainly in sewage and water systems performance, and construction of roads, pavements, parking lots and bituminous road surfaces. We also perform the so-called “buildings zero-levels”. We provide equipment and transportation services, and back-up production for concrete prefabricated products. The Company owns the plant manufacturing bituminous mixes, which is located also in Krakow and managed by a subsidiary company. Income on own real properties is also a stable source of revenues.
We offer warehouse, office and production facilities situated in convenient locations of Krakow and Skawina. All real properties have clear legal status and are free from any encumbrances.
The Company has got good references from many investors operating on the area of Krakow and neighbouring communes. During a 50 year-period of operation KPRI has gained a good opinion and standing on the construction market. We have got a stable and qualified personnel. Currently the Company employs personnel of about 100.

We are working, first of all, for institutional investors, such as communes, Municipal Water Supply and Sewage Systems Enterprise, Road and Communication Board, Municipal Management Board, and housing cooperatives. Recently the scope of works for foreign investors has increased, these are mainly parking lots and surfaces for commercial facilities and filling stations.
KPRI performed technical infrastructure for all major housing estates in Krakow (such as Nowa Huta, Azory, Bronowice, Kozłówek, Lotnisko, Widok, Bieżanów, Prokocim, Kurdwanów, Pr±dnik, Rż±ka, Piaski, and Wola Duchacka).
Recently we successfully built, among others, collectors and sewage systems for housing estates called Opatkowice and Skotniki, for Wieliczka, Niepołomice and Swoszowice, and first of all, for the Municipal Water Supply and Sewage Systems Enterprise in Krakow, and also roads, squares and pavements near BP filling stations, the John Paul II Hospital, Super-Krak Commercial Center, Commercial Bank at Grzegórzecka Street, HiT Supermarket, a new seat of Radio Krakow, and the Tobacco Plant in Czyżyny, and sports facilities for Coca-Cola Company in Niepolomice.
